This past Sunday (5/3), my mom was life-flighted to the medical center in downtown Houston for extremely high blood pressure and an intense migraine. After further testing, it was discovered she had bleeding in her brain. She has been in the neurology ICU and has finally gotten her blood pressure under control.

She has a long road to recovery and has spent more time upset about her canceled hair appointment and the impending costs of her helicopter trip.
