Help get kevin home to hospice hous

Kevin is in chicago cancer treatment center. Trying to get him back home to hospice house. Our ins denied his air ambulance flight to get him home. Hospital will pay half but we need 4200.00 for our half. Please help me get him back home. He just wants to go home.
