Stand with Our Family Against Pancreatic Cancer
Donation protected
Hello! We are Anne Marie’s daughters and we are trying to raise money to help our mom and dad cover her cancer related medical expenses.
Our momma’s story: Anne Marie- She is an incredible, smart, witty, wonderful, insanely resilient woman, who we adore. She’s a lover of coffee, softball, Hamilton, and all things cozy. Before she got sick, she was an amazing nurse for 15 years. She’s always loved helping people, which is why nursing has been her calling since she was a kid. She’s helped so many people working in trauma, labor & delivery, and in the OR. She was heart broken when she had to step away from the job she loved so much. If you have the privilege of knowing her, you know she is the most kind, thoughtful, selfless person you’ll ever meet, who would give the shirt off of her back to anyone that needed it. We have a beautiful immediate family of 9, our mom, dad, 3 daughters, 2 husbands, and 2 grand babies. We are so incredibly lucky to have this support system, as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and just so many who have come to our aid in this time of need.
She was diagnosed with stage 3 Pancreatic cancer in May of 2024, and within the last year and some months, it has now progressed to stage 4. With that has come the need for more medication to manage her pain, more life-saving hospital visits, and just more overall care and expenses to make sure she is comfortable, and strong enough to keep fighting. The Drs recently gave her 6 months to live, and recommended hospice, but she has not given up and even got her most recent round of chemo on July 28th! We are also hoping to start her on a clinical trial medication as soon as she is strong enough.
Our dad is the most hard working man, he is self- employed and has single handedly provided for my mom and our youngest sister, as my mom had to stop working a few months after she got sick. He works tirelessly to give my mom and sister the lives they deserve. But with so much going on, and the fear of not having enough time, we would love for him to not have to stress so much about money, so he can spend as much time as possible at his wife’s side.
We know this is a lot to ask, and it’s never easy to ask for help, but our family needs it and will be so so grateful for anything, prayers, thoughts, and any donation amount would mean the world to us.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our momma’s story. There are no words to truly explain the wonderful life she’s given us, the amazing mother, wife, and friend she’s been or just how much life she has left to live if given the proper care. She’s the strongest fighter we’ve ever known and we have hope that she can beat this!! We send all the love and gratitude to anyone who can help by donating or sharing this page❤️❤️❤️
