Families and Friends are forever – Rest on till we meet to part no more!
On March 21, 2016, Gbenga Kuewumi, a loving, responsible, caring husband, father, brother, friend, employee and acquaintance went to be with the Lord in Houston, Texas. Gbenga came from Nigeria on March 18, 2016 for a two weeks’ vacation. He had a medical emergency at the Katy Mills Mall in Houston, he was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy but unfortunately his life could not be saved. Gbenga’s sudden death took all by surprise, especially his wife and children who kissed him goodbye back in Nigeria. Gbenga would have turned 38-years old on March 30, 2016. He leaves behind his adorable wife and two little ones, a 5 years old son and a 19 months old daughter. His children were the center of his universe, and their well-being and education were of utmost importance to him. He grew up in Ondo State in Nigeria, and graduated from the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba with honors in Linguistics. He loved people, travelling and sports. He was passionate about life and being the best person he could be. Gbenga with his exquisite personality was a very compassionate person who treated everyone with dignity and respect.
“He is our symbol of stability at Global Analytics and related companies, including the Institute for Service Excellence and Good Governance. When Gbenga is around, we can be rest assured” stated his boss. To help fulfill Gbenga’s love, dream and aspiration for his children, this memorial trust fund account was set up to help with the expenses of his funeral and will also exist as a means for ongoing education and lifelong learning pathways that Gbenga envisaged for his children. The family is requesting your support in contributing to this fund. Gbenga will be laid to rest in Houston, Texas . The funeral will be at 10AM on Saturday April 23 , 2016 at Collins & Johnson Funeral Home, 612 Avenue East, Conroe TX 77301. Your generosity, support, contributions, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time are greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your kindness.
