On behalf of Rita's entire work family, we are asking for you to please help us by praying for Rita and her family, and donating whatever amount of money you can to help support Rita with her daunting medical expenses. We all love and miss Rita so much... this gesture will go well beyond gratitude, growing into the exact expression of Love & Hope that Rita needs so much right now!
Rita has Stage 3 – aggressive cancer. Her condition is inoperable and is currently being treated with chemotherapy. She has had her first round of chemo and is responding remarkably well, much better than the doctors thought she would. At this point, her chance of survival is not as dismal as it started out. She has a long uphill battle ahead of her, but we know Rita, she is a tough cookie!
Rita's sister, Cynthia, and her mom have assumed the caretaking for Rita and these contributions will go a long way in supporting them as they pray for and comfort Rita.
