Shad's Road to Recovery

On behalf of the Kautzman family, I'm setting up a place where friends and family can come together to leave words of encouragement and help raise funds.

Shad was in a motorcycle accident that left him immobile from the waist down. From Harborview, he'll go to spine rehabilitation to continue a long road to recovery. Unfortunately, we don't know how long it will take and when he'll finally be able to come home.

There are so many unknowns at this time but what we do know is that the Kautzman family is surrounded by many that care for them. Funds raised will be used to help with:

-Gas, lodging, and food for the many trips Jillian and the girls will make to/from Seattle in the coming months

-Medical expenses

-Childcare help: Shad was a a stay-at-home dad, being the primary caregiver for the girls
