Hi, my name is Nina (Jenny's oldest Granddaughter) and on behalf of my family and I, we are asking for all of our family, friends, and loved ones to please help alleviate this unexpected financial burden. Unfortunately, her life insurance was only granted if the cause of death was accidental. This is extremely humbling for me to ask for help, but during this time of grief, I am praying we can all come together and provide some kind of financial relief for my Mother (Juanita), Aunty Lulu, and Uncle Art as they lay their Mother to rest.
To those of you who knew my Nana, know that she never had an easy life however, we can probably all agree that was Jenny for ya! Always strong, always ready to fight for her loved ones, a giver, and NEVER A SISSY! She's touched many hearts. After many years of suffering, she was involved in a car accident which turned into a full year of sobriety, joy and lots of laughter. My family and I like to call it a blessing in disguise.
My nana and I use to joke about how many lives she had as you can imagine we lost count. In 2021, when she got hit by a car that should've been the last life God gave her. But, God answered our family's prayer and she got sober willingly, gave her life to Christ, and got to enjoy her children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and family in the last year of her life. I grew up hearing my Mother cry out to the Lord asking him to please save my Nana, and to witness that prayer to finally be answered has been fulfilling.
I know we all have crazy stories to share about my Nana. Some that may sound like a movie script, but I want you to know that throughout all of my nana's wild living God spared her life, He truly saved her from bondage and many years of drug addiction. Although her cause of death was due to COPD, she passed peacefully. She left us all way too early, but she was ready. She shared with all of us how she wanted the Lord to take her home and he did. She knew she had a mansion in Heaven waiting for her. I hope to leave you all with that peace of mind knowing she is in Heaven. She's no longer suffering or in pain.
I love and appreciate all of your prayers, thoughts, and support. All of your donations are appreciated beyond words.
Most importantly, Thank you Jesus for my Nana's last minute salvation. Your love and grace have been evident.
