Hi, my name is Warren, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult and uncertain moments of my life.

I’ve recently been told that the property I’m currently staying in has been sold, and the new landlord needs the home vacant so they can carry out major works. Because of this, I’ve been given a very short amount of time to move out, with a firm deadline by the end of this month. I am fighting this decision as it feels incredibly illegal so hopefully I should have more time to raise funds, but I am just trying to exhaust all avenues to raise money.

I’ve already found a new place to move into, but I’m facing a serious financial barrier: I need to raise enough money for the deposit and moving costs in order to secure it. Without this, I’m at real risk of losing the property and having nowhere to go.

Unfortunately, my timing couldn’t be worse. I’ve just paid my rent and all of my essential bills — something I already struggle to manage — and I have no further income coming in within the timeframe I’ve been given. I’ve explored every option available to me, but there simply isn’t enough time to bridge this gap on my own.

This situation has come on suddenly and has left me overwhelmed and scared. I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat, but without urgent help, I may not be able to move in time. The thought of being without a stable place to live is incredibly distressing, especially when I’ve been doing my best to keep going despite ongoing financial pressures.
