Hello, my name is Sara. I'm trying to help raise money for medical bills, home bills, and now also auto expenses. My brother was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure a year ago, and he was just blessed on Sunday, July 20th, with his kidney transplant. They are sending him home hopefully this week, but with that blessing came a wrench with our vehicle breaking down. He has to be in Cleveland at Cleveland Clinic main campus twice a week for at least a month and then I'm sure more after that. We had a plan put together to get him back and forth and things taken care of, but now with no vehicle and him obviously trying to recover at home and not worry too much about any of this, my family and I are just asking for any and all help once again.
