Shellie's Last Wish

Hello.

I am fundraising for Shellie Hughes , 54 years of age, (who has been diagnosed with grade 4 cancer), and for her young daughter Alba. In the last 12 months she has undergone radiotherapy & chemotherapy. She is still under treatment from the oncology dept in Manacor hospital.

This fund is to help them both financially through these extremely difficult and upsetting times. Shellie being a single Mum has always been the main provider for herself and Alba. Due to not working, due to her

illness, she only receives a very small monthly allowance and has a mortgage & day to day bills to cover.

Many of you probably know of Shellie from her 23 years of working at the Juaneda Clinic in Palma, as a translator. She was not just there to help but became a good friend to so many, going over and above her duties. Having given so many of us in the community so much help in good & bad times, I am calling out to each and everyone of you to help her and her daughter please.

Alba, who is 20, has qualified as an auxiliary nurse, but was to study to be a dental hygienist. Without financial help, she will have to stop her studies to find work to pay for their mortgage, expenses & overheads. Their savings have now been used up.

Shellie wants the best for her daughter as all us parents do for our children. Please can you help these two lovely ladies, who have been hit with the cruellest of situations. She just wants one wish, to know that when the time comes her gorgeous daughter will be in a more secure place and not have the financial burden. Please, Please if you can find it in your heart..
