Spine Surgery and aftercare For Petey

Hello to everyone reading,
I started this fundraiser to help my brother raise enough money to save his families rescue pup- Petey. His spine was injured in a freak accident when he just a small pup and his first surgery might not have been sufficient enough to return him to full mobility.
Petey had his first surgery about 2 months ago then Physical Therapy for aftercare. It breaks my heart because it doesn't seem to have worked and now he has lost function in his back legs (tail still wagging). Petey is only 1 years old and has a long life ahead of him. He is such a sweet and gentle puppy who needs our help.
Petey now needs a second spinal surgery to restore the function in his hind legs and I’m hoping that whoever can spare to help, will donate.
