Introducing, Say Cheese Handcrafted Sandwiches! Co-owners, Brian Bostic and Trent Moss are following their dream of owning a food truck, serving a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches and fresh made soups with high quality ingredients.
Working full-time jobs, Brian and Trent are pushing forward having purchased a tool truck to re-purpose into the Say Cheese Food Truck. They have attended auctions and purchased some of the critical appliances required but Brian and Trent are a long way from hitting the pavement and serving up these delicious meals.
