Help Save My Life

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 23 in 1999. I underwent chemo-therapy for 6 months and had a single mastectomy . I was just a kid determined to beat this disease and I did. During that time I gave birth to my second son, who is now 13. My oldest son is 22. I have been cancer free for the last 17 years. I beat the odds. I had been living the dream - bought a beautiful house and enjoyed so many special moments with my family. January 25th, after experiencing shortness of breath I went to see my doctor. Thats is when my world was turned upside down. I was diagnosed with stage 4 mestastaic breast cancer. The breast cancer not only came back but it spread to my lungs, brain and bones.

I still cannot believe that I am fighting, this thing, again. I refuse to let cancer win. It has been a trying time but with the help of my friends and family I have been strong. My boys need me to fight. I need to fight. 

I have decided to take time off of work to focus on my treatments. I cannot physically work but I still need to support myself and my family. The medical bills are enormous and I cannot do it by myself.  There is still a lot of uncertainty as we have not determined a treatment plan.  We are starting with radiation of the brain until the treatment plan has been defined. 

Please help me raise money to fight against this disease.  I need help now.  Radiation and an aggressive treatment plan can help to save my life.
