Help lay grandma to rest

Five years ago we got the devastating news that my grandma had Alzheimers. We watched her go from a tiny woman full of energy to a lost little girl who did not recognized herself or her family. Unfortunately, today at 7:55 pm, surrounded by family, our grandma/mother took her last breath. Unfortunately, as much planning as we did, we still have not finished paying for her funeral services. I'm asking friends and family if you could please help us to reach our fundraising goal and finish paying what's left of the service. If you can't donate, please share this post. Hace 5 años nos dieron la devastada noticia de que nuestra abuelita sufría de Alzheimers. La vimos ir de una mujercita llena de energía a una niña que ya no se reconocía ella misma ni a su familia. Desafortunadamente, hoy a las 7:55 pm, rodeada por su familia, ella dio su último respiro. Por más que se planeo para cuando este momento llegara, no se a podido pagar todo el saldo para que ella tenga una digna celebración de vida y el entierro.
