Help Bring Coriolanus to the UCLA Stage
Hi everyone! We’re Shakespeare Company at UCLA, a student-run theater group hoping to raise $500 to support our upcoming production of Coriolanus by William Shakespeare.
Directed by UCLA student James Stutts, Coriolanus is a powerful political tragedy exploring protest, class inequality, populism, and power — themes that feel strikingly relevant today. Set in ancient Rome, the play examines pride, violence, and leadership in a society divided between elites and the people they claim to represent.
This production is entirely created by UCLA students, featuring bold design, dynamic fight choreography, and a gritty, grounded vision of war and politics. Your donation will directly support costumes, sets, lighting and sound, fight choreography, and venue costs.
Every contribution helps us bring this ambitious student production to life. Thank you for supporting student artists and classical theater at UCLA!
With gratitude,
The Bruin Bard Theater Company
