Please help our Hoover 8th graders go to Yosemite in February for a week of science education.
Most of our students have never been to the snow and only seen photos of Half Dome. This is their opportunity to see one of the most beautiful places in the world, meet people from different backgrounds, and learn under a tree. Their experience in Yosemite can change their lives.
The overwhelming majoritiy of our students are socio-economically disadvantaged. Our families are stretched to their financial limits to provide this expensive, once in a lifetime opportunity for their children.
