Collyns Faith Culbreth was born September 19th, 2013.  She was 6 weeks early and weighed a hefty 3lbs.  Due to her premature condition Collyns has already undergone two surgeries and she will have her third (open heart) this fall. 

The fundraiser will help offset the costs of this procedure.  Traveling to Nashville, food and housing for the family while they are there.  It will also help with any medical bills not covered by insurance and help offset time off/away from work for procedure and the post procedure healing process. 

Collyns is truly a miracle baby. She is a fighter and her family (father- Bradley, mother- Megan, and big brother- Casen) have been so strong during this process.
