Fellow horse community,

Today has been a very rough day at the Lazy Pony farm in Canaan NH, Owned by Annalyese Howlett. One of her trusted and loving lesson horses had a case of what they thought was severe colic and brought her down to New England Equine Surgical Hospital. They found out it’s a tumor in her intestines and needs immediate emergency surgery. We are going to try to raise $10,000.

This horse has touched so many hearts and has so many more years ahead of her. She defiantly is a mare with the best mare stare but she loves everyone even when you don’t have a cookie to give her. She loves to work with kids and teach them as much as she can and loves to make the adults work a little harder because she knows she can teach them to really ride.

I personally have a horse there and work there and love Rosie to pieces as everyone else does. She really is a good mare that really needs some help and love right now.

so please for everything that Annalyese has done for us and will do for us, past, present, and future. Let us help her and help save a truly loved farm family member. The horses at that farm are not only horses or pets they are our family.

so please even if it’s just a little it will help. As people say a little goes a long way.
