Fight for My Grandson!

Hello Friends and Family. My daughter is a single mother of my grandson who is 4. From day 1 she has had ZERO  support from the baby's  father, her Father and I plus her family have all pulled toggether to help her anyway we can. She works very hard to take care of my grandson, she is now having to spend money she does not have to deffend herself and keep custody of her son, because his father has filed court documents wanting custody and child support. (let me remind you from day 1 he has not helped her at all) this is taking money from her pocket,  that she needs to take care of my grandson.  She is stressed and angry just like any monther would be. I am asking all Friends and Famly if they can help get my Daughter a Lawyer to fight this case in family court I would be forever grateful. I dont understand how someone can claim to want full custody and child support for a child they dont see, or help support for the past 4 years. And how you could cause the childs mother to pay money she doenst have to defend this and take money from your sons mouth and be okay with that.
