Amy Cornell, an incredible woman and mother of three beautiful children and wife to her devoted husband Jonathan, is fighting stage four melanoma.
She has endured many grueling procedures and surgeries to fight this relentless cancer. Even as she was attempting to recover this past fall, her beloved mother passed away suddenly from a heart attack. It has been a very hard road for Amy and her precious family. They were looking forward to spring as her scans in January were clear and she had hope of returning back to work.
However, on February 5th, 2019 she was sent to the ER complaining of what she thought was a horrible migraine headache. That is when they found that the cancer had returned with multiple melanoma tumors in her brain. She has already had two surgeries in one week to get as many of the tumors as they can and then radiation is planned for the rest. She is medically stable and has handled the surgeries like the incredibly strong woman she is, but she is also very fragile. This has been a horrific blow to her, her family and all who love her.
This fund is to help Amy and her family find comfort in these devastating times.
We also ask for prayers of strength, peace and healing for Amy and her family as they face this newest challenge. Amy is so incredibly loved, cherished and needed in this world. Her whole community is praying for and needs miraculous healing for this beautiful woman.
