Help Afia Attend a Leadership Conference

Hi Everyone!
I've been nominated by my school, Sidwell Friends, to attend the National Student Leadership Conference for Medicine and Health Care for 10 days this summer and I need your help to attend. This program strives to introduce students into the field of medicine while also building on their leadership skills. I would get the opportunity to perform clinical rounds, learn medical examination and surgical techniques, as well as explore the field of public health, an area I am very invested in. I hope that this summer I can begin to explore potential career options. With one of my highest interests being in healthcare, this program would be a great opportunity. However, the program's required tuition and fees cost of $2995 are a challenge to be overcome, and I'd hate to miss out on this opportunity because of finances. Please help me to attend the National Student Leadership Conference at American University this summer! I appreciate donations of any amount and please feel free to spread the word!
