Hello friends and family. As many of you know Tonya Cardriche's home had afire on Christmas and all of her and her children's (Abi 12 and Brian almost 16) belongings were ruined.

She was renting two rooms from a family. The fire did not reach their rooms but the smoke and water damage has ruined everything they own. Literally, everything they own! Her bathroom items, groceries she purchased days before the fire, her clothes, bedding etc. To make matters worse, when Tonya was allowed back into the home days after the fire, she found that her rooms had
been broken into, her items rummaged through and Abi's brand new iPhone 6 and laptop had been stolen.

Tonya is a single mom, living in Menifee and working in San Diego. She leaves each morning before the sun rises, returning home after the sun sets. She makes sure to attend every sporting event, award ceremony and everything in between. She works harder than most people to ensure her children have all they need.

Thanks to the very giving offer from Debbie Downing, Tonya and her children have a home to stay in while they get back on their feet. They are currently staying in Wildomar, which will make her commute even longer.
Sadly, the family who were renting the rooms to Tonya have been receiving an outpouring of help/donations from the community, yet have not acknowledged Tonya's family as also suffering a loss nor have they shared any of the items donated with Tonya and her children.

This incident is a nightmare. Losing everything puts life into a different perspective, and while we may not understand what Tonya's going through, we can help her. Please consider how you can help this family in a time of devastation and need. Let's show them that people do care! Tonya is going to need to help replacing EVERYTHING! food or any other items, you can contact Tonya directly to drop off them off to her. Anything is better than nothing. Remember what goes around comes around. Your kindness will not go unnoticed. Thank you for your help!!
