We are reaching out during a difficult season in our lives. My husband, David, will be undergoing brain surgery this Friday, September 12th, and while we are fully trusting the Lord through this journey, we are also facing some very real financial challenges.

David is a self-employed contractor—a hard-working man who never hesitates to help others. He is also a volunteer firefighter for our local fire department, but now, he’ll need time to rest and heal. His recovery is expected to take approximately 2 to 3 months, during which time he won’t be able to work or provide income for our family.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help with:

• Lost income during his recovery

• Medical expenses not fully covered by insurance

• Household bills and essentials

• Any unexpected needs that may arise during this time

We know that God is our provider and sustainer, and we’ve already seen His faithfulness in so many ways. We also know that it’s okay to ask for help, and we are humbly doing so now.
