Ryan is out and doing so well! Please, let's keep him out. The judge overturned his conviction and vacated his sentence. But Ramsey County can re-charge him. Ryan's lawyer got a significant victory in getting his conviction overturned. Can you help us cover the costs ($15,000) to have him continue to defend Ryan? Trying to raise $7,500 - needed now. I am Ryan’s Mom, Cecelia. Ryan was convicted of a crime he did not commit. Your generous contributions helped us pay for a lawyer who was able to get his conviction overturned, and his sentence vacated. After serving three years in prison - two of which were during COVID - he has been released! But, the state can recharge him. Ryan has indeed had many struggles and trouble with the law. This time is different, though. Long story, but he was wrongfully convicted – I won’t tell the whole story here, but Ryan or I would be happy to share with anyone.

Ryan, less than one month out of prison, has already started a great job and will be moving into an apartment on Friday. We don't want him to lose that. He's beginning to take care of his responsibilities, including taking care of his children.
