Hello, My name is Eric Zacovic. I am a husband and father of two.  I work as a freelance production tech, which means I work in the video/lighting/sound business for both corporate and music industry clients.  Freelance means I work when the phone rings and that I don't have a regular fulltime job.
On April 21st I fell in our yard while running with our new rescue dog, I tore two of the four rotator cuff ligaments, which means I have not been able to raise my right arm since.  I underwent surgery on August 28th, in which the surgeon was unable to reattach the ligaments that make up my rotator cuff.
This is where "gofundme" comes into play.  Unfortunatly any savings we had went to copays and presurgery expenses. The sad fact is that folks that work in the production field as freelancers or self employed road crew members have no safty net when emergencies arise that create a situation where they can't work and support their families.  I will be undergoing physical therapy for the next couple of months and unable to work.  Any financial help & all prayers will be greatly appreciated!
