This is hard for me to share, but I’m reaching out because I truly need help right now.

I’m a single dad doing everything I can to provide stability for my child. Recently, my work hours were unexpectedly reduced, and it created a financial gap I wasn’t prepared for. I’m trying to secure housing, but I’m short $3,000 for the required move-in deposit.

Before turning to GoFundMe, I did everything I could on my own. I reached out to multiple housing assistance programs, resource agencies, and community services. Unfortunately, I haven’t had any success so far, and time is running out.

I work hard and I’m committed to getting back on my feet. This is a temporary setback, but it’s one that feels overwhelming when your child is depending on you. Asking for help doesn’t come easily, but right now I’m doing it because keeping a safe place for my child matters more than my pride.
