For those who have not already heard the dreaded news, a very good friend of mine, Steve Ducey, was critically injured in a snowmobiling accident. It was a terrifying and life-threatening situation. Steve had to be med flighted from the Locke Middle School in Billerica to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, where he endures a difficult and extensive road to recovery. Those who know Steve are well aware of what an incredible friend and person he is. Steve is a selfless, goofy with a contagious laughter, hard working, genuine, and all around amazing person who certainly did not deserve such a tragedy.
