Relocation Assistance

I normally am not one to ask for help, but I am usually the one helping others. I have hit a roadblock, and I am reaching out for any assistance. About 7 years ago, my wife up and left. At the time I didn’t realize how far behind she had put us on the mortgage. I tried to work with the bank, and when we finally came to an agreement, I lost my job and they at that point rescinded the offer. A few months after I went to court to try to keep the house, and without coming up with the $10,000 they were going to start foreclosure procedures. Eventually, I ended up loosing the house and ¼ of my belongings in the house which I was not able to get out in time.

Living in New York, I am slowly sinking. I have since found a job working for a company that has growth potential in North Carolina. Unfortunately, they will not assist with relocation expenses. I am looking for any assistance to help me with the move, and better my career. I need at least $4,000 to get myself and my things down to North Carolina. My current hours and days I work vary, so I am not able to find a part time job to assist. I am selling off things I own to try to cover some expenses but could use any help I can get at this point.

The funds raised will go towards moving myself and things from New York to North Carolina, will help cover security deposit and 1st months rent, as well as application and processing fee for the new apartment.

I am looking at a possible January 2020 time frame to move. Everything is lined up for me, except for the cash.
