Amy's bills while she's on suicide watch

This week, Amy will be released from the hospital after a suicide attempt and the subsequent suicide watch/emergency treatment. She is on suicide watch, has been ordered not to work or study, and she's been put on disability. However, in the Netherlands, there's a 16 week wait period before the government starts paying out disability. This means that for the next four months, Amy has no income to pay her rent or utility bills (coming up to 1400 euros per month excluding food and cat food). Her savings are enough for a month and a half of payments, but time is short and the added stress is affecting her health. This is why we, Amy's offline friends, want to ask any and all online friends or virtual strangers to help us help Amy with her monthly payments.
