Hello! and Blessings to all!!

The Bridesburg United Methodist Church (BUMC) is a small neighborhood church located in Northeast Philadelphia that has served the Bridesburg community for over 180 years. For the last 11 years, our mission to the community is to provide food for those in need through our Food Pantry. Currently, the Food Pantry provides much needed food to over 200 families every week. The pantry is staffed by dedicated volunteers who are at the church 4 days per week. In addition, we have our weekly services open to the community every Sunday.

Today, BUMC faces a major challenge as our heater is no longer viable after years of expensive repairs.

This past fall and winter, the volunteers, clients of the pantry, and those that attend our weekly church services have had intermittent heat.

To continue this valuable mission to our community, we are asking for your gifts - be it large or small - to help us meet our goal of $40,000.00.

All donations will go directly to the heater fund.
