My name is Jay Curtis and I am a transgender male. I am ready to take the next step in my physical transition and get top surgery!

Top surgery is a medical procedure that would remove my breast tissue and reconstruct my chest. I'm looking to get it done in New Hampshire (or surrounding states), and most surgeries run about $10,000.
I've been taking testosterone for a year now, and top surgery is something I have been looking forward to for a long time.
