Garrett Dye is 19 yrs old  and has been suffering for the last several years with an Intestinal Motility Disorder. He has lost significant amount of weight and is in constant excruciating pain. Through many operations and procedures, it has been determined that his stomach is paralyzed and not functioning. He is being fed daily through a central line that goes directly into his heart so that he may obtain necessary nutrients. Within the last year, Garrett has undergone three operations and has been hospitalized more than a dozen times. He is currently hospitalized and has been for three weeks and will be transported to Regents Digestive Disease Hospital in Augusta Ga.some time next week . Garrett will be hospitalized undergoing sophisticated procedures that will hopefully determine his prognosis.  Garrett and family  will remain in Augusta indefinitely throughout this heartbreaking medical journey. We are asking  friends and family to please support Garrett and family in your thoughts and prayers.
