Now that she has shared publicly, I come to you with a PLEA!!!!

There are moments in life when everything changes in an instant. Our lifelong best friend Marissa (Kimble) Wood, is now facing the toughest battle of all: Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma (mets in her liver, lungs and brain, as well as in her soft tissue).

If you know Marissa, you know her strength, her heart, and the way she has always shown up for others! Now it’s OUR turn to show up for HER and her family.

Treatment will not only be emotionally and physically exhausting—it will also be financially overwhelming. Medical bills, time off work, travel to specialists, and daily living expenses will quickly pile up. She will NEED to be focused on healing, resting, and taking care of herself...not stressed or worried about how to make ends meet.

I’m reaching out because I believe in the power of community!!! I’ve seen what love, prayer, and generosity can do!!!
