Hey friends, my boy/buddy Mateo gave us a bit of worry Sunday night when he was experiencing incredible pain in his side.

Off to the hospital with his mom while the kids cousin and I kept the other kids occupied and fed.

It was his appendix which they removed but found infection so a tube was inserted for drainage,

Pilar his mom has been with him basically 24/7.

The day of release has been moved once but if all goes well he will be home tonight or tomorrow at lattest.

Pilar has had to employee someone for the flower shop and has hospital expenses as well as medication and travel to and from hospital.

Pilar has not wanted to come to me for money, she is willing to take on debt and forgoe what we would consider basic things to provide for her kids.

I provide as best i can a place to live for Pilar and the kids and a place for the flower business.

Here i am at 60 with a family of my own... 4 kids under 12.

Mateo and his brother Diego have become fishing fanatics...

If there is money in the account after expenses it will go towards a day of deep sea fishing the boys are clamoring for.

It is with great humility I send this request and hope it is recieved in the spirit of ' I wish I would have known, I would of liked to help'..
