Jeff’s Medical bills!

I am Jeff, posting this “Go Fund Me Page” as I am overwhelmed going forward. I have stage 4 Prostate cancer and as you might guess all my disability and medical/drug insurances plans do not cover all of the expenses relating to my treatments.

Certain medications are several hundred or even thousands of dollars each time I need the treatments. For now, I have completed the chemotherapy and am starting radiation treatments. I am not married now but have a daughter in high school. She is doing amazing as she is a scholar and a valuable team member for her teams.

I have set up a bank account whereby any donations provided to this account will be 100% deposited in that bank account and any withdrawals can only be used for medical costs. Any excess or residue funds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. I will provide updates on my progress and for any reason I no longer need this “Go Fund Me Account”, I will post a notice here with a huge “Thank You” to those that help.
