Hello everyone. With a heavy heart I type this. Today I received horrible news that my dad got a stroke. For those of you who know my dad, know he loves helping anywhere he can. Earlier today, my little brother and him were helping an elderly neighbor with yard work. They went in for lunch and everything seemed fine until he lost mobility on his right side of the body. My little sister quickly called emergency service and is currently hospitalized. We do not know what the recovery will look like but they said he will most likely be in the hospital for over a week. He can not move the right side of his body and only mumbles, he can’t speak. They said it’ll be a long road to recovery so most likely he will not be able to work again and will need a lot of therapy. I am doing this as soon as possible to just get ahead and try to alleviate financial stress on my parents behalf . Anything helps, everything is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
