Most of you know already that last year, out of the blue Dad became really unwell and was diagnosed with a rare Neurological condition called Stiff person syndrome, that causes painful and uncontrollable muscle spasms and muscle stiffness and rigidity.  Dad gets extremely tired and suffers with pain from his spasms. It's affected his mobility, thinking and speech and we have had to adjust the things we like to do together as a family.    I want to use the money that I raise for things that will help him to carry on as normal life as possible and pay for any  specialist treatments he may need as he has been referred to a Specialist in Birmingham, there is going to be extra cost for travelling for appointments. 

Anything that is donated will be extremely appreciated by myself, my brother, my mum and especially my dad.
