Anthony Castellano Sr. suffered a massive stroke on Feb.3rd and is been declared brain dead. Anthony is an organ donor and preparations are being made so his wish to save a life will be honored. The family is asking for donations in lieu of flowers to help with funeral arrangements as he did not have life insurance.
