We are raising funds to help Jake Dowling, who is 15 years old, lodge an official complaint to the Independent football ombudsman (IFO). The complaint is regarding his treatment by his County FA discipline committee and the FA who found Jake guilty of an offence on the balance of probability, with no evidence and as a consequence he is currently serving a 5 year suspension. This is despite Jake’s previous exemplary record of behaviour with no consideration given to suspending this ban, which would have been more appropriate in this case. Jake has been banned from playing football, coaching, refereeing or even watching his team play! Jake and his mother had to endure a panel of solicitors and barristers with no legal representation at all and the process was flawed from start to finish. Please help Jake get justice by supporting him so he can get legal representation to lodge his complaint.
