Hi guys my name is Kiara as you guys may know my family is going through a tough moment which know one wants to ever go through. Someone I love with all my heart is going thru thyroid CA and we want to not think so much of the financial burden and stress it puts on the daily basis (medical bills,rent etc)We have 3 kids we will be out of work so far for 3 weeks.
