Support for Heart Transplant Journey

It's a New Year and a new start for me. As many of you know, I am about to be put on a heart transplant list. Starting on January 15th, I will begin the evaluation process and have 31 appointments in 2 weeks at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. This will determine what level I will be on the transplant list. Once I have a spot on the list, I could receive a new heart in days to a few months based on averages. I will be required to live in Jacksonville for 4-6 months during the whole process. The funds raised will help pay for my living expenses, monthly bills, medical bills not covered by insurance, and lost income for 6 months.

I'm a very independent person and it isn't easy to ask for financial gifts. I prayerfully ask for help in spreading this request to as many as possible so the load is shared by many.
