Help Ivan With His Second Transplant

We're helping Ivan's family to raise funds for Ivan's second transplant expenses. 100 of the proceeds will go directly to his family.

This is Ivan's story told by his Mom.

This is the story of our Great Warrior Ivan and we say Great Warrior because he has fought 3 great battles within the last 3 years. In January 2022, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, he received 8 hard cycles of chemotherapy and went into remission, but in December of that same year he had his second relapse, then he had immunotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. Today, about to turn 21, he has faced the return of his cancer for the 3rd time. He received his transplant on June 15, 2023. A year after we thought everything was going well with his bone marrow transplant, his counts began to go down, and the oncologist began to notice that something was not right and what was supposed to be a routine check-up turned into a hospitalization, where again with a broken heart he heard the words "CANCER IS BACK". Now, his cancer cells are at 95% in his bone marrow and liver. Ivan once again refuses to give up and decided to accept a new treatment called CAR T but he will have to receive more cycles of chemotherapy first and continue to fight against this horrible disease. I know that our Great Warrior will achieve his victory but he needs our help now. Ivan resides in El Paso Tx. but his new treatment will be received in San Antonio, Tx. and, once again with this relapse, new worries and new financial expenses come along with it, which is why he and his family are now asking for your help. Due to the long, difficult, and expensive battle they face day by day, all their resources have been exhausted little by little.

Esta es la historia de Ivan contada por su Mama.

Esta es la historia de nuesto Gran Guerrero Ivan y decimos Gran Guerrero ya que a peleado 3 grandes batallas en los ulimos 3 años. En enero del 2022 fue diagnosticado con leucemia linfoblastica aguda resibio 8 ciclos duros de quimioterapia y entro en remisión, pero para Diciembre de ese mismo año tuvo su segunda recaída, después tuvo inmunoterapia y un trasplante de médula. Hoy casi por cumplir sus 21 años se a enfrentado a que su cáncer regresara por 3 era vez. El recibió su trasplante el 15 junio del 2023 y un año después de que pensaba que todo iba bien con su trasplante de médula sus cuentas empezaron a bajar, el oncólogo empezó a notar que algo no iba bien y lo que era un chequeo de rutina se convirtió en una hospitalización, donde nuevamente con el corazón destrozado escucho "EL CANCER A VUELTO" ahora sus células cancerígenas están en 95% de su médula y en el hígado. Ivan nuevamente no se quiso rendir y decidió aceptar un nuevo tratamiento llamado CAR T pero tendrá que recibir más ciclos de quimioterapias primero y seguir luchando contra esta horrible enfermedad. Sé que nuestro Gran Guerrero logrará su victoria pero necesita ahora de nuestra ayuda. Ivan reside en El Paso Tx. pero su nuevo tratamiento lo recibirá en San Antonio, Tx. y con ello llegaron una vez más nuevas preocupaciones y nuevos gastos económicos, por eso ahora él y su familia están pidiendo de su ayuda, debido a la larga, difícil y costosa batalla qué enfrentan día a día y que poco a poco se han ido agotando todos sus recursos.
