Hi, my name is Faye and I’m setting up this fundraiser in memory of my best friend Leah’s beautiful mum, Dawn, who sadly passed away last week.

I’ve known Dawn since I became besties with Leah back in play school. From that moment on, she welcomed me like family. Dawn was the most incredible wife, mum, nan, and friend. She had such a wicked sense of humour, the kind of laugh that could light up a room, and a heart bigger than words can describe.

Dawn fought so hard in her battle with cancer, showing strength and courage every step of the way. She truly was the family’s queen, and her loss has left such a huge hole in everyone’s lives.

This fundraiser is to help support the family with funeral costs, as well as creating a memorial in her garden , a place she loved so much and where her memory can live on forever.
