Support for Sarah
Donation protected
This little girl right here, being only 14, is the strongest person I’ve ever met.
Meet Sarah.
When she was 7, she unfortunately had to undergo 2 open heart surgeries. She had to get a mechanical valve put in to help her heart function the way it’s suppose to. Sarah was then able to participate in sports, just like every other normal girl.
With everything she has has already overcome, something else came on Monday, December 3rd. Her mother, Marcia, took her in the doctors office with flu like symptoms to later find out she had a staph infection in her blood stream, which went directly to the heart, causing Endocarditis. From the heart, it shot up to the brain. Her frontal lobe was bleeding. Although it is not an active bleed, that blood still remains there. She suffered from a mini stroke which has unfortunately left her with some brain damage. She is still in critical condition.
Sarah is being cared for at the American Family Children’s Hospital. She is in great hands. However, most of us know that medical expenses can be rough on anyone and everyone. I created this to help raise money for Sarah and her family to help ease their mind at least a little bit when it comes to these medical expenses. If you are able to, the family as well as myself would greatly appreciate any and all donations. Anything helps!
