My wife and I are setting this up for her mom. I will start with her losing her job last year and has been living with us since. She is the sweetest person I have known always putting others before herself and is always there for everyone who needs help. No matter what goes on with her she battles through it. This time she needs our help and that why we are asking for assistance. We have run out money for her medical needs and are not sure what to do at this point. On the 7th of April she collapsed and was taken to the ER. She had multiple scans and found Colon Cancer which turned out to be Stage 4 which has been removed and now she has a colostomy bag. She also has spots on her lungs that at this time we do not have any prognosis on. She has a thyroid issue and blood clot in her lung, which they a IVC in her neck for. Then on August 14 the day after her 2nd chemo treatment she wasn't acting ok, we called the doctor and were told it was probably a reaction to the chemo. Saturday morning she fell into the wall around 5 am and my wife was screaming for help. After another call to the doctor we where told to take her to the ER. We took her to Marin General and they did a PET scan and found a 2cm tumor in her brain and a 6cm brain bleed. They did emergency brain surgery on Sunday 8/16/2020 HER 74th Birthday that we couldn't be with her. She made it through the surgery but now has partial paralysis on her left side. Now we are looking forward to her to coming home but have lots of bills coming in and need to add things to the house to accommodate her needs to be able to function. Thanks for taking the time to read this. She has to go for nureo therapy all we do is pray and hope she gets better. She lost her husband in 1999 to a sudden heart attach and has done so much for her family that we can not appreciate enough, but now she needs us more then ever and help recovering, walking, talking and movement with her arm and vision. Thanks and Love to everyone who reads this please pass it on.
