Team 229 Robotics

Team 229 is a youth robotics team that is stationed out of Clarkson University, but is made up of two high schools; Norwood and Massena. This team has won awards for community outreach, engineering, and winning competitions. This year we are trying to donate to the Koala Hospital program and the Friends of the Earth program. The Koala Hospital is a charity that rescues and treats Koalas during wildfires and other tragic events. We are also donating to the Friends of the Earth, which is a program to help stop climate destruction in the world. 
In our community we are going to design a mobility ramp for the Norwood public beach to make the waterfront accessible to people in wheelchairs.We also plan to donate canned goods to the local food pantry.
