Erika Perez is a loving daughter, sister, friend, wife, and a mother of three beautiful boys. I can't even put into words how beautiful of a person she is. Erika unexpectedly suffered a sever Brain hemorrhage which currently has no explanation as to what caused it to occur. On November 17, 2015 Erika and her family were at home when she was in pain from a headache. Her husband who was home at the time asked her to rest and not to worry about the kids. He later heard her struggling in the bathroom and rushed to assist her but when he found her she was already unconscious. Its so unfortunate that this had to happened in front of her children but we are very blessed that she was not alone. Thankfully her husband responded quickly and called for help. When Erika arrived to the hospital she had to get emergency surgery to help heal the swelling of the brain. They had to remove a part of her skull to release the blood and pressure that was spread for unknown reasons. She is currently in the critical care unit at St. Jude's Hospital in Fullerton, CA. Erika is in a lot of pain but she is a fighter! Shes only 34 years of age and has a lot to live for. She has shown a lot of positive signs but we now understand that this healing process is going to be extremely long. We as a family are going to be by her side and fight with her.
My name is Gabriela, Erika's younger sister asking for prayers and donations to help Erika and her family get through this difficult time. We need these funds for her medical necessities and for her 3 sons ages 10, 4, and 1. Anything at this moment will help.
We are extremely grateful for all the prayers, love, and support and cant thank you enough for helping Erika and her family.
We love you Erika and we will unite in prayers and love through out your healing process.
