Denise is a much loved mother, wife, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend who is struggling with astronomical medical bills since her liver transplant in June 2013. Denise is pictured with her kids,moments before her 10 hour surgery, with a broad smile, thankful for another chance at life. Sadly, the struggle to live is on- going since Denise has encountered serious complications at every turn. The costs have spiraled out of control with just 1 of her many medications costing $2500.00 for a 2 week supply. Her loving husband, Eric Beckel, a Sargeant in Narcotics,NYPD has a drug plan that is nowhere near covering the estimated $66,000/yr for medications alone. Denise's devoted brother, Rich Henderson, Detective in the Bomb Squad, NYPD, joins their heartsick Mom, Theresa, and step Dad Ron McConnachie, Eric , her kids, and all of us who love Denise with all our hearts, in thanking you for any help you can give.
