On April 2, 2021 Cheryl was rushed to the hospital in what was thought to be a minor seizure or mild stroke, no such thing. After test were done it was the worse nightmare, a brain tumor. Cheryl had brain surgery 4 days later and two weeks later it was determined that the tumor was Glioblastoma, stage 4 brain cancer. Cheryl has been brave, strong and positive the whole time leaning on her faith in God and the love from her family and friends. Two weeks ago after 3 brain surgeries, two different types of chemotherapy, two types of radiation therapy, including gamma ray tiles in the brain, the tumor has returned. Unfortunately the doctors have said surgery is not an option at this time. She is beginning a IV infusion May 21st. In hopes of extending her quality of life. We don't know what tomorrow holds but we know who holds tomorrow.
This is where you come in. Let me be clear, Cheryl and Terry did not ask me to do this.
I’m asking from my heart for your help to send Cheryl and Terry on an Alaskan cruise in July. It is a bucket list item for Cheryl, something she has always wanted to do. If everyone that reads this will share this with your friends and family, everyone chipping in, we could reach our goal in just a few days. We thank you in advance and continue to ask for your prayers for Cheryl and Terry. Cheryl is a very strong woman but this has taken a mental and physical toll on her body. Please don’t think your gift is too small, it all adds up. God Bless the gift and the giver. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. LET’S DO THIS!
