Luisa is a 57year old Wife, Mother who just had a liver/kidney transplant. She has been fighting stage 4 liver failure very hard to stay on her feet and she as a Special Needs Son who needs his Mom. Right now she is in a Boston hospital which is where she has been since before Thanksgiving. She also has diabetes which makes her fighting this a lot harder. Luisa has been fighting to get back to her home and Family for a long time and now with the transplant she has a chance to reach her goal. Her husband is a hard working man who has a low paying job and horrible health insurance.  I have known Luisa since 1984 when I worked with her for many years. She is like a Daughter to me and has been there for me during trying times in my life.  She is a very giving person but now she needs our help.
